We only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges in the following cases:
- Defected items
- Incorrect items received
Please note that we are unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind.
Refund & Returns Policy
Our team takes great care in performing quality checks before dispatching your order. Therefore, items that are free from defects are generally not eligible for returns or refunds.
Items purchased from ademi.my may be returned, exchanged, or refunded within seven (7) days of receipt. Customers are required to provide proof of the delivery date to confirm eligibility within the return window.
Order Cancellation Policy
We do not accept cancellations due to a change of mind. Once an order has been placed, it is considered final. This allows us to ensure fair product availability for all customers and maintain efficient inventory and operations management.
Conditions for Returns & Refunds
- Applicable only to full-priced items
- Items must be in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact
- A valid receipt or invoice must be provided
- Returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind will not be accepted
For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be borne by Ademi through either a prepaid return label or reimbursement upon proof of payment. Prepaid return labels will only be issued after Ademi has inspected and approved the defect claim.
Exchanges are only permitted for defective or incorrect items. Ademi will cover all associated costs for such exchanges. Defective items are eligible for exchange only after inspection and approval.
Refunds are only applicable if an incorrect item was received and the correct item is no longer available. If a defective item is approved for exchange but is out of stock, customers may choose an alternative design or colour of similar value, or opt for a refund.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
Refunds, including any price differences where applicable, will be credited back to your original payment method within 14–21 working days (or up to 30 working days depending on processing). You will be notified once your return, refund, or exchange request has been reviewed and approved.
Sale items and purchases made using vouchers are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service when returning items. If a return is arranged using ademi.my’s prepaid label, responsibility for lost parcels will be borne by us.
ademi.my reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions or if the returned items are received in unsatisfactory condition. Reward points redeemed and delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
ademi.my is not responsible for purchases made through third parties (e.g. personal shoppers). While all parcels are securely packed before dispatch, any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported with photos or videos.
Accounts showing suspicious return patterns may be subject to monitoring or suspension.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly from www.ademi.my within Malaysia.
Please note that ademi.my reserves the right to decline any return requests if the stated conditions are not met. Returns and refunds may also be declined at our discretion, even if conditions appear to be fulfilled.
When an Item is Found to be Non-Defective
If a returned item is deemed non-defective after inspection:
- The customer will be notified and given 14 days to arrange return shipping at their own cost
- Failure to do so will result in the item being considered unclaimed and it will be responsibly disposed of
- Refunds will not be issued for non-defective returns
- In certain cases, ademi may offer a partial refund at its sole discretion
How to Return Your Item
Step 1:
Email us at hello@ademi.my with proof of defect or incorrect item (photos, videos, or unboxing video) within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please wait for confirmation from our team.
Step 2:
Once approved, return the item in its original condition via courier. If a prepaid return label is provided, please use it. Personal drop-offs are not accepted.
Step 3:
Wait for a confirmation email regarding the status of your return, refund, or exchange.
Step 4:
Refunds or exchanges will be processed in accordance with the terms stated above.
