Has my order been shipped out yet?
We’re just as excited as you are—hang in there! Once your order has been processed and packed, we’ll send you a unique tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel’s status anytime. Please also check your Junk/Spam folder in case it doesn’t appear in your inbox.
How do I track my order?
Once you receive your tracking number via email, click on “Track my parcel” on our website to view the latest status. You may also track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
My tracking number is not traceable. Help?
Your tracking number will become active once it has been collected and processed by the courier. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to reflect. If your order was placed over the weekend or during a public holiday, tracking will only be updated once the courier scans your parcel.
Why does my tracking show “Invalid” or “Pending Pickup”?
When you receive a tracking number, it means your order is currently being processed and packed.
Invalid: Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. If the issue continues, you may manually enter your tracking number on the courier’s website.
Pending Pickup: This means your parcel is ready but still awaiting collection by the courier.
Why does my order status show “Unfulfilled”?
This means your order has been successfully placed but is still in queue for processing.
Once your order has been processed, the status will change to “Fulfilled,” and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Can I opt for self pick-up or instant delivery via Grab or Lalamove?
Due to high order volume, we’re currently unable to offer self-collection or instant delivery options such as Grab or Lalamove.
Implementing these options may affect our operations and disrupt our fulfillment timeline.
I need to update my shipping details. What should I do?
